European Fine Hardwood Floors completed two separate projects for us this afternoon. One was damage repair to a pre-finished wood floor in our kitchen caused by a faulty dishwasher, and the second was refinishing floors in a second house which had minor water damage (from a faulty refrigerator), and which were in generally poor condition due to pets and young children. For both projects, we cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism, skill, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail which were evident throughout the course of our interactions, from original site visit to project completion. This is exactly the company you should hire for all your wood flooring work, particularly if you care about the quality of the product(s) you are purchasing. We trust them completely in both of our homes, and will use them again for any wood floor-related work. Our observations based on our experience is they care about the work they do, they do exactly what they say, they show up early each day to work, they work very hard, and there are no surprises. Valera did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood floors this summer and it really was dust free . He was very professional , timely, kind and honest . Getting to meet his precious family was an extra bonus . We highly recommend Valera and European Fine Hardwood Flooring .

Val just finished our sanding job this morning by replacing all the furniture. We had just under 600 sq. ft. of flooring sanded. We were very concerned about doing this because of the possibility of dust. When the sanding was done there was no dust. In addition the job they did was outstanding. Our floors look terrific, we are more than pleased. We would highly recommend them to you without hesitation. Besides doing a wonderful job Val and his wife and dad are sweet people. Hire them.

Val did a fabulous job installing our hardwood floors. We had new floors installed in our living room, dining room and office. He sanded the existing hardwood floors in our kitchen and down the hall. Everything was stained and flowed beautifully from room to room.Val and his crew removed all of the furniture and then replaced it all. At day’s end, clean up,was done and there no dust to speak of. Would highly recommend Val for all of your flooring needs.

Valera did a wonderful job on our floors. He was able to repair damaged areas and the floors look great. He was always on time and worked long days. Always responded to my calls and texts. Great sense of humor and his family is lovely. Would definitely use him again.

Valera and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on our floors. Very professional, clean and fabulous results. We have an old historic home and he refinished the existing floors and installed new floors to match. Everybody always comments on how beautiful they look! We would use them again and are only too happy to recommend them.

A great job done by Valera and his crew, they helped us move all our furniture out of the way, removed outdated hardwood floors and prepped the house on the first day. The hardwood was professionally installed, sanded and finished by the best in Knoxville. they provided me with the best customer service. thank you for an awesome experience.

I am in the process of restoring my fathers home, and of all the contractors I have used, Valera and his crew did an outstanding job. He started when promised and completed the job on time.
